摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱测定七十味松石丸中马兜铃酸Ⅰ含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Waters SunFire C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为0.05%磷酸溶液-乙腈;流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为250 nm;柱温为35℃。结果马兜铃酸Ⅰ在1.95~48.70 ng(R^(2)=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为85.45%,RSD为0.98%。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于七十味松石丸中马兜铃酸Ⅰ含量的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Aristolochic acidsⅠin QiShiWeiSongShi Pills.METHODS The column of Waters SunFire C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with temperature of 35℃was used to separate the target components,the mobile phase consisted of 0.05%Phosphoric acid-acetonitrile,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^(-1) and the detection wavelength was at 250 nm.RESULTS The linear range of Aristolochic acidsⅠwas 1.95~48.70 ng(R^(2)=0.9998),and the average recovery of 85.45%with RSD of 0.98%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reliable for the content determination of Aristolochic acidsⅠin QiShiWeiSongShi Pills.
