比索洛尔对原发性高血压合并收缩性心力衰竭患者心功能及氧化应激的影响

Effects of Bisoprolol on Cardiac Function and Oxidative Stress in Patients with Essential Hypertension Complicated with Systolic Heart Failure

目的研究比索洛尔对原发性高血压合并收缩性心力衰竭患者心功能及氧化应激的影响。方法采用回顾性分析方法收集原发性高血压合并收缩性心力衰竭患者的治疗病例,依据患者药物治疗方案分为联合组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组患者为常规药物治疗,联合在对照组基础上联合比索洛尔治疗。纳入病例的两组患者均连续治疗5个月,比较临床总有效率及治疗前后心功能和氧化应激指标水平的变化。结果共纳入90例病例,联合组45例,对照组45例。治疗后,联合组的临床总有效率(95.56%)明显优于对照组(80.00%);两组患者治疗后的LVEF、血清CAT、SOD水平均较治疗前升高,且升高程度观察组大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的VEDD、LVESD、血清MDA水平与治疗前相比均呈降低趋势,且联合组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔可有效改善心功能,进而缓解原发性高血压合并收缩性心力衰竭患者的临床症状和氧化应激反应,提高临床疗效。

OBJECTIVE To study the effects of bisoprolol on cardiac function and oxidative stress in patients with essential hypertension complicated with systolic heart failure.METHODS Retrospective analysis was used to collect the treatment cases of patients with essential hypertension complicated with systolic heart failure.According to the drug treatment scheme,the patients were divided into combined group(45 cases)and control group(45 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs combined with bisoprolol on the basis of the control group.The two groups of patients were treated for 5 months.The total clinical effective rate and the changes of cardiac function and oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment were compared.RESULTS A total of 90 cases were included,including 45 cases in the combined group and 45 cases in the control group.After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the combined group(95.56%)was significantly better than that of the control group(80.00%);The levels of LVEF,serum cat and SOD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of vedd,LVESD and serum MDA in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the combined group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Bisoprolol can effectively improve cardiac function,alleviate clinical symptoms and oxidative stress in patients with essential hypertension complicated with systolic heart failure,and improve clinical efficacy.
