反渗透膜元件氧化故障分析及应对措施

摘要 反渗透膜分离技术已在水处理过程中得到广泛的应用,作为脱盐系统的核心设备在日常运行中,往往会遇到脱盐率下降过快的困扰。华东某钢铁厂综合废水回用系统,新膜元件在一年多的运行时间内脱盐率从99.0%下降至82.36%,经过排查发现,该系统的膜元件受到严重的化学氧化,导致系统脱盐率发生大幅度的下降。本文分析该现场反渗透脱盐率下降的具体原因,同时提出了优化、改善的建议。 Reverse osmosis membrane separation technology has been widely used in water treatment.As the core equipment of desalination system,it often encounters the problem of rapid decline of desalination rate in daily operation.In the comprehensive wastewater reuse system of an iron and steel plant in East China,the desalination rate of the new membrane elements decreased from 99.0%to 82.36%in more than one year.After investigation,it was found that the membrane elements of the system were seriously chemically oxidized,resulting in a significant decrease in the desalination rate of the system.This paper analyzes the specific reasons for the decline of reverse osmosis desalination rate,and puts forward some suggestions for optimization and improvement.
