摘要
本文针对锅炉积灰结焦的危害,分析了余热锅炉的高温段设置水力清灰系统必要性,调研了水力清灰在垃圾焚烧发电厂中的应用情况,并以A项目为例分析了高温段采用水力清灰技术的经济性,可为垃圾焚烧发电厂长期稳定运行提供借鉴。
This article aims at studying the properties of the fouling and slag attached on the waste incineration boiler heating surface,analyzing the necessity of installing the water cleaning system in the high temperature radiation parts of the boiler.Investigation and research of the water cleaning systems that are already installed in the current waste incineration plants.Detail technical and economical analysis was made based on a certain project A,which can be the guidelines for the long term and stable operation of the waste incineration plant.
