高温煅烧电解锰渣资源化利用途径探究 被引量:2

摘要 通过热分析确定锰渣煅烧温度点,利用XRF、XRD等分析手段对各煅烧温度点电解锰渣物性进行研究,并采用烟气分析系统监测煅烧烟气。研究结果表明,电解锰渣存在潜在活性成分,可通过高温煅烧激活,最终反应物以水泥熟料C-S-H的形式存在,有益于建材方向资源化应用;电解锰渣高温煅烧烟气含SO2,是制备硫酸的有效成分;煅烧温度是影响电解锰渣应用的关键因素。 The calcination temperature was determined by thermal analysis,the physical properties were studied by XRF and XRD,and the flue gas analysis system was used to monitor the calcination flue gas.The results show that there are potential active components in electrolytic manganese slag,which can be activated by high temperature calcination,and the final reactants was C-S-H,which is beneficial to the resource application of building materials.The high temperature calcination flue gas contains SO2,which is an effective component in the preparation of sulfuric acid.Calcination temperature is the key factor affecting the application of electrolytic manganese slag.
