摘要 以“2+26”城市中某重点城市的9F级燃气机组余热锅炉SCR脱硝装置为研究对象,通过对9F燃机余热锅炉SCR装置喷氨系统精细化升级,采取进口分区精细调节和出口NOx/O2/NH3全截面分布测量的方式,同时对控喷氨制策略进行优化,补充常见故障自愈功能和催化剂分区性能在线评估功能,构建了完整的脱硝精准喷氨控制系统。为9F级燃气机组进一步降低NOx排放浓度及排放量提供科学可靠的保障。 Taking the 9F-Class gas turbine waste heat boiler SCR denitrification device in a key city in the"2+26 city"as the research object,through the refined upgrade of the 9F-Class gas turbine waste heat boiler SCR device ammonia injection system,adopted the method of fine adjustment of import partition and export NOx/O2/NH3 full cross-section distribution measurement method,while optimizing the control ammonia injection strategy,supplements the common fault self-healing function and the online catalyst partition performance evaluation function,and builds a complete denitration precise ammonia injection control system.Provide scientific and reliable guarantee for 9F-Class gas turbine units to further reduce NOx emission concentration and emissions.
