摘要
越南和发钢铁集团共有8套焦炉,废气治理采用了D-MEC循环流化床干式超净技术,该环保装置投运后,可达到烟囱出口SO2分别小于50mg/Nm3,粉尘小于10mg/Nm3,并实现废水零排放。越南和发焦化超低排放装置的成功运行为焦炉烟气治理工艺的选择提供了可靠案例,在国内外的焦化行业的烟气治理中具有较好的推广意义。
The D-MEC circulating fluidized bed dry ultra clean technology is adopted in 8 sets of coke oven waste gas of Vietnam Hefa.After the environmental protection device is put into operation,the SO2 at the chimney outlet is less than 35mg/Nm3 and the dust is less than 10mg/Nm3 respectively.The SO3(sulfuric acid fog),mercury and other pollutants are simultaneously and efficiently removed,and the zero discharge of waste water is realized.The successful operation of the ultra-low emission unit of Vietnam Hefa coking company provides reliable reference and strong technical support for the selection of coke oven flue gas treatment process,which has broad application prospects and promotion significance in the coking industry.
