摘要 京杭运河济宁段航道“三改二”信息化工程在充分吸收现有航道信息化工程建设成果基础上,结合智能硬件、北斗等技术,对港航设施进行感知、传输、应用等层面设计,构建一套“全面感知、广泛互联、深度融合、智能应用”的京杭运河济宁段智慧港航管理与服务体系。该体系能够有效推动航道管理由传统人工管理模式向数字化服务模式转型,探索实现航道维护、水上交通安全监管、船闸管理与调度、水上交通执法、水路运政管理等港航业务的自动化、协同化、精细化,提升监管效率和服务质量。 Based on fully absorbs the achievements of the existing channel information engineering construction,combined with intelligent hardware,BeidoUand other technologies,the port facilities in the“third-level waterway changed to second-level waterway”information project of the Jining section in the Beijing-HangzhoUGrand Canal are designed at the level of perception,transmission,application,etc,and a smart port and shipping management and service system for Jining section of the Beijing-HangzhoUGrand Canal with“full perception,extensive interconnection,deep integration,and intelligent application”is built.The service system can effectively promote the transformation of waterway management from traditional manual management to digital service mode,and explore the realization of automation,collaboration and refinement of port and shipping business,such as channel maintenance,water traffic safety supervision,ship lock management and dispatching,water traffic law enforcement,and water transportation administration to Improve regulatory efficiency and service quality.
