摘要
针对装配式工程电气专业系统多、施工精细化要求高、预制构件及施工中易暴露设计缺陷等问题,进行电气专业的BIM建模与研究。采用一套信息化、精细化的BIM建模方法对电气系统进行分层管理,在提高建模的专业协同设计和完善装配式产业化生命周期等方面做了有效探索。工程实践表明:基于BIM的建模体系更适合装配式工程电气设计,能够指导施工和预制构件生产。
Aiming at the problems of many electrical professional systems in assembly engineering project,high requirements for construction refinement,and easy exposure of design defects of prefabricated units and construction,BIM modeling and research in electrical engineering is conducted.A set of informationized and refined BIM modeling methods for hierarchical management of electrical systems is adopted,and effective explorations have been made in improving professional collaborative design of modeling and improving the life cycle of assembly-type industrialization.The engineering practice shows that the set of BIM-based modeling system is more suitable for the prefabricated electrical design and can guide construction and prefabricated component production.
