国有企业技术创新能力评价研究--基于山西省28家大中型国有企业的实证研究

Evaluation of Technological Innovation Capability of State-owned Enterprises--An Empirical Study Based on 28 Large and Medium-sized State-owned Enterprises in Shanxi Province

本文以山西省大中型国有企业为样本,在已构建的科技创新绩效评估指标体系中选取合适的指标作为变量,采用因子分析的方法分析评价了山西省国有企业的科技创新绩效。首先阐述了此次绩效评估的背景与意义,然后利用SPSS25.0对样本数据进行了因子分析,最后得到了关于山西省国有企业科技创新绩效的评估报告。

This paper takes large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province as samples,selects appropriate indicators as variables from the constructed index system of scientific and technological innovation performance evaluation,and analyzes and evaluates the scientific and technological innovation performance of state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province by factor analysis method.Firstly,the background and significance of the performance evaluation are described,then the factor analysis of the sample data is carried out by using SPSS25.0.Finally,the evaluation report on scientific and technological innovation performance of state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province is obtained.
