本文以铁路物流成本为对象,对其概念与内容进行了阐述,就当前铁路物流成本管理中存在的问题进行了分析,并对其成本管理和控制的方法和策略展开分析研究,研究发现开展铁路物流成本管理和控制有利于及时对铁路物流服务过程中的多种资源进行预测分析,并做好科学合理的决策,在此基础上为客户提供精准化的物流服务,并降低物流成本,以此促进铁路物流运输的发展。

This paper takes railway logistics cost as the object,expounds the concept and content of logistics cost,analyzes the problems existing in railway logistics cost management and control and the methods and strategies of it.It is found that the cost management and control of railway logistics is conducive to timely forecast and analyze various resources in the service process and make scientific and reasonable decisions,on this basis to provide customers with accurate logistics service and reduce logistics cost,so as to promote the development of railway logistics transportation.
