摘要
针对贵州地区某煤矿因开采下层解放层引起上层煤层下沉裂隙、煤体破碎等而引发的煤炭自燃问题,结合现有的矿井胶体防灭火技术,研制了以粉煤灰为骨料的新型保水浆液材料。测试了不同配比、不同温度下浆液的失水情况及不同配比下浆液的粘度及其表面张力,并根据浆液的失水情况、粘度、表面张力及现场实测确定了该材料的最佳配比。
Aiming at the situation of coal spontaneous combustion caused by subsidence,cracks and coal fragmentation in the upper coal seam caused by the mining of the lower liberated layer in a coal mine in Guizhou Province,a new water-retaining slurry material with fly ash as aggregate is developed based on the existing mine colloid fire prevention technology.The water loss of the slurry under different ratios and temperatures,the viscosity and surface tension of the slurry under different ratios are tested,and the best ratio of the material is determined according to water loss,viscosity,surface tension and field measurement.
