摘要
通过了解目前南阳市乡村人才发展的基本情况,探讨南阳市乡村人才发展困境,提出解决方法,抓住农村人才之源;分析研究“引凤还巢”人才发展机制、组织架构、人才培养模式,重点研究“引凤还巢”对南阳乡村经济带动情况,在市场上竞争的优势和劣势;针对南阳乡村人才发展机制建设中存在的难点问题重点突破,破解瓶颈,以理论研究为基础,分析调研实证,优化乡村“引凤还巢”人才发展机制,提出培养现代乡村人才的途径措施,从根本上解决乡村人才缺失的问题,为更好地实现“引凤还巢”保驾护航,为乡村人才发展注入新思想,探索实现乡村人才振兴的发展策略。
By understanding the basic situation of rural talent development in Nanyang City,this paper discusses the current difficulties of rural talent development in Nanyang City,and puts forward the solutions to seize the source of rural talent.It analyzes and studies the talent development mechanism,organizational structure and talent training mode of"attracting Phoenix to return to the nest"in Nanyang,focusing on its driving situation to Nanyang rural economy,the advantages and disadvantages of competition in the market.In view of the problems existing in the construction of Nanyang rural talent development mechanism,it puts forward the ways and measures to cultivate modern rural talent based on theoretical research and empirical research,so as to solve the lack of rural talent,inject new ideas for rural talent development and explore the development strategy of rural talent revitalization.
