NF-κB在动物应激调控中的作用及机制研究进展

Research progress of NF-κB in animal stress regulation and its mechanism

应激能够造成动物脑部、心血管系统、呼吸系统、消化系统等方面的功能紊乱与结构受损,严重影响动物健康。核因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-κB)作为重要的蛋白转录调节因子,在动物机体应激反应及相关疾病发生过程中起着重要的作用。现将从应激对动物机体的影响,NF-κB在其中的作用等方面进行综述,为今后对减少应激损伤的研究提供理论依据。

Stress can cause dysfunction and structural damage to the brain,cardiovascular system,respiratory system,and digestive system of animals,which seriously affects animal health.Nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB),as an important protein transcription factor,plays an important role in stress response and related diseases.In this paper,we will review the effects of stress on animal body and the role of NF-κB in stress,aiming to provide theoretical basis for future research on reducing stress injury.
