长三角地区就业质量变动及其影响研究

Study on the Impact of Changes in Employment Quality of the Yangtze River Delta

就业质量是影响人口迁移决策的重要因素。从人口普查数据来看,长三角地区近十年作为经济发展要素的人口活力有明显下降。在劳动力资源日益紧张的情况下,就业质量、人口迁移如果能够形成正向循环,将有益于实现长三角地区的高质量发展目标。为此,本文采用“中国劳动力动态调查”数据,构建起长三角地区的综合就业质量指数和五个单一维度就业质量指数,从代际和区域的视角分析该地区就业质量的变化情况,并通过多元线性回归和logit回归分析长三角地区就业质量变化的影响因素,以对社会政策的制订提供参考。

Employment quality is an important factor affecting population migration decision.According to the census data,the population vitality as an element of economic development in the Yangtze River Delta has decreased significantly in recent ten years.With the increasing shortage of labor resources,if the quality of employment and population migration can form a positive cycle,it will be beneficial to achieve the development goal of the Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,using the data of"China labor force dynamic survey",this paper constructs the comprehensive employment quality index and five single dimension employment quality indexes in the Yangtze River Delta,analyzes the changes of employment quality in the region from the perspective of intergenerational and regional,and analyzes the influencing factors of employment quality changes in the Yangtze River Delta through multiple linear regression and logit regression,to provide reference for the formulation of social policies.
