水性涂料微胶囊的制备及其涂层自修复性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 采用乳液聚合法,以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为壁材,以虫胶溶液、水性涂料为芯材制备自修复微胶囊,通过五因素四水平正交试验,探究W芯∶W壁、W乳化剂∶W芯、W虫∶W水、W乳化剂溶液∶W芯质量比与搅拌速率对微胶囊产量和包覆率的影响。结果表明:搅拌速率对微胶囊的影响较大。当W芯∶W壁为0.8∶1,W乳化剂∶W芯为3∶100,搅拌速率为600 r/min,W虫胶∶W涂料为1∶1,W乳化剂溶液∶W芯为9∶1时,制备的微胶囊具有较好的形状和尺寸。将该微胶囊加入水性涂料,随着微胶囊浓度的增加,漆膜的色差和光泽度逐渐减小。随后对漆膜的拉伸强度、表面形貌、化学成分及修复效果进行了分析,当微胶囊添加量为5.0%~10.0%时,漆膜的修复效果明显。当微胶囊添加量为5.0%时,漆膜综合性能较好。研究结论为木质家具自修复涂层的研发提供理论依据。 The self-repairing microcapsules were prepared by emulsion polymerization,using melamineformaldehyde resin as wall material,shellac solution and waterborne coating as core material.The orthogonal test of five factors and four levels was carried out to explore the effects of Wcore:Wwall,Wemulsifier:Wcore,Wworm:Wwater,Wemulsifer solution:Wcore and stirring rate on the yield and coverage of microcapsules.The results showed that the stirring rate had a great influence on the microcapsule.When the Wcore:Wwall was 0.8:1,Wemulsifier:Wcore was 3:100,stirring rate was 600 r/min,Wshellac:Wcoating was 1:1,Wemulsifiersolution:Wcore was9:1,the prepared microcapsules had better shape and size.When the microcapsules were added to the waterbased paint,with the increase in concentration of microcapsules,the color difference and gloss of paint film decreased gradually.Then the tensile strength,the surface morphology,chemical composition and repair effects of the paint film were also analyzed.When the concentration of microcapsule was 5.0%~10.0%,the repair effect of paint film was obvious.When the concentration of microcapsules was 5.0%,the paint film showed better comprehensive performance.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of self-re pairing coatings for wood furniture.
