摘要 针对广东成品油市场竞争异常激烈的形势,设计了基于车辆识别的利用人工智能(AI)和大数据技术的加油站高效现场管理和客户精准营销信息系统。介绍了该系统的架构、功能和解决车辆与交易精确匹配的方法。通过实际应用证明,该系统对于提升加油站人工智能(AI)数字化现场管理、运营能力以及精准营销具有重要作用,具备行业推广价值。 In view of the extremely fierce competition in oil product market of Guangdong Province,an efficient on-site management and customer precision marketing information system for gas stations basing on vehicle identification and using artificial intelligence(AI)and big data technology is designed.The architecture and function of the system and the method to solve the exact matching between vehicle and transaction are introduced.The practical application shows that the system plays an important role in improving the AI digital field management,operation ability and precision marketing of gas stations,indicating its industry promotion value.
