摘要
随着新一代机载设备对供电要求的提升,高效、高集成度、智能化已成为必然趋势。基于此,设计了一种28 V转5 V模块化数字电源,为减小体积,应用集成芯片来实现电源的采样、监控、闭环控制及通信功能,应用LTCC工艺来大幅减小电路尺寸,实现模块化设计。样品实测结果证明了该设计的有效性。
With the improvement of power supply requirements for the new aero equipment,high efficiency,high integration and intelligence have become an inevitabl etrend.A 28V to 5V modular digital power supply is designed.In order to reduce the volume,the integrated chip is used to realize the functions of sampling,monitoring,closed-loop control and communication functions for the power supply.LTCC process is applied to reduce the circuit size for modular implementation.Experimental results testify the effectiveness of the design.
