东天山隧道口附近植物多样性及土壤质量的相关性分析

Analysis on the correlation between plant diversity and soil quality near the entrance of East Tianshan tunnel

摘要 为了研究东天山隧道公路施工影响、评估植被修复效果,分析各样地植物群落多样性发现:左边坡的植物群落优势度、植被高度、相对重要值与密度均最高,分别为0.08、38.64 cm、0.91和138.08株/m^(2);洞顶的多样性指数和均匀度指数最高分别达到2.58和0.91;路基边坡的物种最为丰富,达到了35种;沿阶草在大多数样地都占据优势,其优势度在左边坡、右边坡、路基边坡分别为0.84、0.53和0.76。分析各样地土壤理化指标发现,速效磷质量分数、有机碳质量分数、速效钾质量分数、TN质量分数、TP质量分数、盐度和电导率最高值分别为23.79 mg/kg、8.68%、251.16 mg/kg、3.87 mg/kg、1.62 mg/kg、82.70 mg/L和140.30μS/cm,土质良好,适合各种植物生长。分析植物群落多样性与土壤因子关系发现,左边坡、右边坡、洞顶与代表各样地植物群落特征、物种优势度指标及各项土壤理化指标相关性都比较强。通过分析,可以认为东天山隧道区域的植物生长良好、土质更加优良,与植物群落多样性分析、土质分析结果吻合。 In order to study the influence of the construction of East Tianshan tunnel and evaluate the effect of vegetation restoration,through the analysis of the diversity of plant communities in various places,it was found that the dominant degree,vegetation height,important value and density of plant communities in the left slope were the highest,which were 0.08,38.64 cm,0.91 and 138.08 plants/m^(2) respectively,while the diversity index and evenness index of the top of the tunnel were the highest,which were 2.58 and 0.91,respectively,the species of sub-grade slope was the most abundant,reaching 35 species;the grass along the terrace was dominant in most of the plots,and its dominant degree was 0.84,0.53 and 0.76 in the left slope,right slope and sub-grade slope,respectively.Through the analysis of soil physical and chemical indexes,it was found that the highest values of available phosphorus,organic carbon,available potassium,TN,TP,salinity and conductivity were 23.79 mg/kg,8.68%,251.16 mg/kg,3.87 mg/kg,1.62 mg/kg,82.70 mg/L and 140.30μS/cm,respectively.The soil quality was good and suitable for the growth of all plants.Through the analysis of the correlation between plant community diversity and soil factors,it was found that the left slope,right slope,cave top and the indicators of plant community characteristics,species dominance and soil physical and chemical indicators are strongly related.Through the analysis,it could be concluded that the plant growth was better and the soil quality was better in the East Tianshan tunnel area,which was consistent with the results of plant community diversity analysis and soil quality analysis.
