基于数据挖掘技术探讨孙思邈《千金方》治疗心悸用药规律

摘要 目的基于数据挖掘技术,探讨唐代孙思邈《千金方》治疗心悸的用药和配伍规律。方法整理《千金方》中治疗心悸的处方,利用Excel 2010软件建立处方数据库,运用统计软件IBM SPSS Statisics 20.0及数据挖掘软件IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0对数据进行频数统计、关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果共筛选出71首处方,144味药物;经关联规则分析,设置最低条件支持度、最小规则置信度、最小规则支持度分别为15%、80%、15%,得出关联规则15条;高频药物间生成7组聚类组合。结论《千金方》中孙思邈治疗心悸,以“从虚论治”“巧用风药”“调神养性”为用药特点。 Objective To investigate the prescription rule of Qianjinfang for palpitation based on the data mining technology.Methods The palpitation-treatment prescriptions in Qianjinfang were sorted out,and the prescription database was established by Excel 2010 software.The softwares(IBM SPSS Statisics 20.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0)were used for frequency statistics,association rule analysis and cluster analysis,respectively.Results There were 71 prescriptions screened from Qianjinfang,including 144 medicines.According to the analysis of association rules,15 association rules were obtained with the minimum conditional support degree in 15%,the minimum rule confidence degree in 80%,and the minimum rule support degree in 15%,respectively.Seven medicine combinations were generated among high-frequency medicines.Conclusion Sun Simiao treated palpitations in Qianjinfang was characterized by"treating from deficiency","making good use of wind medicine"and"tranquilizing and nourishing".
