摘要
大功率鼠笼式异步电动机起动过程长,发热问题突出,针对这一问题,建立了某大型鼠笼式异步电动机有限元模型,采用全瞬态有限元法和频域有限元半解析法对其起动过程进行仿真计算,对两种方法的仿真结果计算时间进行对比,分析两种方法的特点以及各自的适用范围。得出的结论可为大型异步电机起动温升仿真计算提供重要参考。
Regarding to prominent heat issue resulted from long starting process of large power squirrel-cage type asynchronous motor,finite element model of a large power squirrel-cage type asynchronous motor has been established.By applying total transient finite element method and frequency domain finite element semi-analytical method to carry out simulation calculation on its starting process,simulation results calculation time of the two methods has been compared to analyze their respective feature and applicable scope.The calculation could provide vital reference for simulation calculation on starting temperature rise for large asynchronous motor.
