桥下空间城市更新与空间重构——以上海市苏州河中环节点桥下空间为例 被引量:10

摘要 桥下空间作为一类典型的高密度城区困难立地,由于其权责归属与管理机制较为复杂,在城市更新过程中未受到足够的重视。文章提出高密度城区桥下空间的城市更新需要综合性优化策略的介入,构建桥下绿色基础设施"低""线""公""园"四个维度的概念框架,即以"低"影响开发为途径的生态基底锚固、以"线"性空间为脉络的情景主题塑造、以"公"民共享为核心的场地活力激发、以"园"城交融为目的的空间关联组织。通过对典型案例上海市长宁区苏州河中环节点的深入剖析,阐述低效利用的高密度城区桥下空间如何逐步转变为绿色基础设施,总结规划桥下空间更新与重构的3条优化策略,旨在为其他城市高密度城区的桥下空间更新提供思路与实践范例。 As a typical difficult site in high-density urban areas,under-bridge spaces still have not received enough attention in the blooming process of urban regeneration because of its relatively complicate downer ship of rights and liabilities and management mechanism.This article argues that the urban regeneration of under-bridge spaces in high-density urban areas need more comprehensive optimization strategies.It proposes a conceptual framework of four dimensions,namely“low”“line”“public”“park”,including low impact development for establishing ecological basement,linear space as the vein by creating themes,public participation by more active site,space organization based on the integration of park and city.According to the thorough analysis of the node of middle ring road of Suzhou River in Changning District of Shanghai–one of typical cases,this article clarifies how under-bridge space of high-density urban areas with low efficiency is gradually transformed into green infrastructure,and summarizes 3 optimization strategies for the planning of regeneration and reconfiguration of underbridge space,aiming to provide ideas and practical examples for the regeneration under-bridge space of high density urban area in other cities.
