Smart Community Confronting Public Health Event

文章以新冠疫情为背景,从智能环境与建设、智能管理与服务、智能硬件设施、居民智能素养等4个维度总结国际上智慧社区建设的经验,探讨智慧社区在突发公共卫生事件中的作用与不足。智慧社区的建设,不仅需要信息数据整合和技术创新,也需要城市管理者将各个系统统筹起来,加强短板领域的建设;应以数据、信息、智能技术为基础,考虑居民的需求,更好地服务于韧性城市、健康城市的建设与治理。

The new coronavirus epidemic is listed as a public health emergency of international concern,which provides inspiration and reflection for future urban planning and smart community construction.Summarizing the role and deficiencies of smart communities in responding to this public health emergencies is very necessary for future smart community construction.This paper analyzes the representative smart communities at home and abroad from the four dimensions of intelligent environment and construction,intelligent governance and service,intelligent hardware construction,and residents’intelligent capacity.This paper discusses the future development paths of China’s smart community development measures,seek feasible strategies for future smart community construction,and propose countermeasures for building smart communities confronting public health events.
