基于结构方程模型的社区恢复性效应实证研究——以济南市为例

Empirical Research of Community Restorative Effects Based on Structural Equation Modeling-A Case Study of Jinan City

文章以济南市49个社区为例,通过灰色关联TOPSIS法优化社区恢复性效应综合评价,再由聚类法归纳恢复性效应不同的社区特征,最后利用社区建成和社会环境的主客观评价数据构建结构方程模型。研究发现:建成环境与社会环境均对居民行为有显著积极作用,但社会环境较建成环境对社区恢复性效应具有更直接的正向影响,而建成环境的优化可改善社会环境进而间接提高社区恢复性效应;培养积极的社会关系,提高开放空间占比更有利于营造健康社区。

Taking 49 communities in Jinan City as an example,the comprehensive evaluation of community restorative effects was optimized by the grey correlation TOPSIS method,and the characteristics of communities with different restorative effects were summarized by the clustering method;the structural equation model was finally constructed using the subjective and objective evaluation data of community built and social environment.The study found that:community built and social environment had a significant positive effect on residents’behavior,but the social environment had a more direct positive effect on community restoration than the built environment,and the optimization of the built environment improved the social environment and thus indirectly increased the community restorative effect.The study suggested that fostering positive social relationships and increasing the proportion of open space is more conducive to creating healthy communities.
