三维腔内后装放疗在中晚期宫颈癌中的应用效果

Application effect of three-dimensional intraluminal post-loading radiotherapy in advanced cervical cancer

目的:探讨三维腔内后装放疗在中晚期宫颈癌中的临床疗效及安全性。方法:回顾性选择70例行腔内后装放疗的中晚期宫颈癌患者,其中35例患者(对照组)行常规二维腔内后装放疗,另35例患者(观察组)行三维腔内后装放疗。两组患者均接受放疗及同步铂类化疗,比较两组患者的近期临床效果和安全性。结果:两组患者均完成治疗,中位治疗时间为58 d(55~82 d)。总有效率对照组为88.57%,观察组为97.14%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的0~1级放射性肠炎发生率明显高于对照组,2~3级放射性肠炎发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的0~1级放射性膀胱炎发生率明显高于对照组,2级放射性膀胱炎发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维腔内后装放疗在中晚期宫颈癌中应用效果较好,患者近期疗效好,毒副作用小。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of three-dimensional intraluminal post-loading radiotherapy in advanced cervical cancer.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted on 70 patients with mid-advanced cervical cancer who underwent post-cavity radiotherapy in hospital.Among them,35 patients underwent conventional two-dimensional intraluminal post-operative radiotherapy as the control group,and the other 35 patients underwent three-dimensional cavity internal and after-load radiotherapy was set as the experimental group.Both groups of patients received radiotherapy and simultaneous platinum-based chemotherapy.The short-term clinical effects and safety of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The median treatment time was 58 days(55~82 days).The total effective rate was 88.57%in the control group and 97.14%in the experimental group(P>0.05).The incidence of grade 0~1 radioactive cystitis in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of grade 2~3 radioactive cystitis was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of grade 0~1 radioactive cystitis in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of grade 2 radioactive cystitis was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of three-dimensional intraluminal post-loading radiotherapy in cervical cancer is good.The patient has good short-term curative effect and small toxic and side effects.
