摘要 装配式简支梁板桥各梁或板之间依靠铰缝连接传递剪力从而共同受力,当铰缝损坏时会出现单板受力情况,威胁桥梁运营安全。随着经济发展交通尤其重载交通流日益增大,铰缝容易损伤,因此需要一种不影响桥梁本身结构及桥面交通情况下检测铰缝健康状况的方法。研究使用一种装配高精度位移传感器的铰缝破损自动化检测设备,通过频谱分析方法,对某跨江大桥引桥外观完好及明显漏水的铰缝实验数据进行对比分析,验证了该方法对识别桥梁铰缝损伤的可行性,对桥梁运营安全具有工程应用价值。 For fabricated slab bridges,the hinge joints are used to connect each of them to work together.Once the hinge joint is damaged,the beam has to work alone and threaten the operation safety.With the development of economy and increasing traffic flow,hinge joints are easily damaged.Therefore,a method is needed to detect the health status of hinge joints without affecting the bridge structure and the traffic on the bridge.In this study,an automatic detection device for hinge joint damage equipped with a high-precision displacement sensor is used.The experimental data of the joint of the approach bridge of a bridge over the river with good appearance and obvious water leakage are compared and analyzed by spectral analysis method.It is verified that the method is feasible to identify the damage of bridge hinge joints and has application value.
