水电厂自动电压控制系统子站试验方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对电厂侧远端测控单元装置上送遥测、遥信值的准确性和及时性制约自动电压控制系统功能的弊端,提出一种电厂侧自动电压控制系统子站试验方法。试验方法包括交换数据试验、功能测试试验和联调试验等,可确认电厂侧自动电压控制系统子站系统功能状态,运行是否安全稳定,发挥其在电网中无功和电压优化的功能。经现场应用,证明该方法能够通过检验自动电压控制系统相关遥测信号精度、遥测信号准确性和及时性,达到检验自动电压控制功能的目标。此外,电厂自动电压控制系统子站的试验方法经验可供其他电厂同类工程项目参考。 In view of the disadvantages that the accuracy and timeliness of remote signal value restrict the function of automatic voltage control system,a sub-station test method of power plant side automatic voltage control system is proposed in view of the fact that the remote measurement and control unit device sends telemetry on the far end of power plant and the accuracy and timeliness of remote signal value restrict the function of automatic voltage control system.The test methods include exchange data test,function test and joint adjustment test,which can confirm that the sub-station system of automatic voltage control system on the side of power plant has good function,safe and stable operation,and gives full play to its ability to optimize reactive power and voltage in power grid.Through field application,it is proved that this method can test the accuracy of telemetry signal,the accuracy and timeliness of telemetry signal,and achieve the goal of testing automatic voltage control function by testing the accuracy,accuracy and timeliness of telemetry signal in automatic voltage control system.In addition,the test method experience of automatic voltage control system sub-station in power plant can be used as a reference for similar engineering projects in other power plants.
