中国老年人自杀意念相关因素的meta分析

A meta-analysis of related factors of suicidal ideation in Chinese elderly

目的:探讨中国老年人自杀意念产生的相关因素。方法:检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库,PubMed,EBSCO,theWebofScience,Elsevier建库至2020年9月的数据库,纳入研究中国老年人自杀意念相关因素的文献,提取这些因素的OR值及其95%可信区间,采用ReviewManag-er5.4软件进行meta分析。结果:共纳入30篇文献,研究对象累计66941人。17个因素被纳入meta分析,其中女性、未受过教育、非在婚状态、经济状况差、独居、有慢性病、日常生活能力有障碍、抑郁、感到孤独、负性生活事件较多、子女不孝顺是中国老年人自杀意念的危险因素(OR=1.36、1.36、1.27、1.78、1.38、1.85、1.52、3.83、1.37、2.13、1.74);良好的家庭关系和较高社会支持水平是中国老年人自杀意念的保护因素(OR=0.53、0.80)。结论:女性、未受过教育、非在婚状态、经济状况差、独居、有慢性病、日常生活能力有障碍、抑郁、感到孤独、负性生活事件较多、子女不孝顺的老年人更容易产生自杀意念,而良好的家庭关系和较高的社会支持水平可预防或缓解老年人自杀意念。

Objective:To explore the related factors of suicidal ideation in the elderly in China.Methods:The database of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wan-Fang,VIP Journal Integration Platform,China Biology Medicine disc,PubMed,EBSCO,the Web of Science,and Elsevier were retrieved from the establishment of the database to September 2020,and the literature on the related factors to suicidal ideation in the elderly in China were included.The OR values of these factors and their 95%confidence intervals were extracted,and the Review Manager 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis.Results:A total of 30 articles were included,with a total of 66941 subjects.Seventeen factors were included in the meta-analysis.Among them,female,being uneducated,non-married status,poor financial status,and living alone,with chronic disease,impaired ability of daily living,depression,feeling lonely,more negative life events,and unfilial children were risk factors for suicidal ideation among the elderly in China(OR=1.36,1.36,1.27,1.78,1.38,1.85,1.52,3.83,1.37,2.13,1.74).Good family relations and higher levels of social support were protective factors for suicidal ideation among the elderly in China(OR=0.53,0.80).Conclusion:Elderly people who are female,uneducated,not married,with poor financial status,living alone,with chronic diseases,with impaired ability of daily living,with depression,feeling lonely,having more negative life events and with unfilial children are more likely to bring about suicidal ideation,and good family relations and higher levels of social support could prevent or alleviate suicidal ideation in the elderly.
