大学生快速命名与视觉背侧通路功能连接的关系

Relationship between rapid naming and visual dorsal pathway in college students

摘要 目的:探讨大学生快速命名与视觉背侧通路功能连接的关系,为揭示汉语阅读加工的神经学基础提供参考。方法:纳入61例以汉语为母语的右利手大学生作为研究对象,采用数字和图形快速命名测试,并进行静息态功能磁共振成像扫描,以视觉背侧脑区为感兴趣区进行全脑功能连接分析,分析数字和图形快速命名与功能连接的关系。结果:在控制性别、年龄、智商及头动后,大学生数字快速命名速度与左侧后顶叶皮层和左侧额下回的功能连接强度呈正相关(r=0.49;GRF校正,体素水平P<0.01,簇水平P<0.05);图片快速命名速度与左侧后顶叶皮层和右侧补充运动区的功能连接强度呈负相关(r=-0.44;GRF校正,体素水平P<0.01,簇水平P<0.05),与右侧后顶叶皮层和左侧颞上回(r=-0.46)、右侧罗兰迪克岛盖(r=-0.51)的功能连接强度呈负相关(GRF校正,体素水平P<0.01,簇水平P<0.05)。结论:大学生数字快速命名可能与左侧视觉背侧脑区和语音加工脑区的功能连接有关,而图形快速命名可能与双侧视觉背侧脑区和语音加工以及发音运动脑区的功能连接有关。 Objective:To explore the relationship between rapid naming and the visual dorsal pathway,so as to supplement the neurological basis of Chinese reading.Methods:Sixty-one right-handed college students whose mother tongue was Chinese were included in this study.Digit and picture rapid naming were recorded,and restingstate functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)was performed.The whole brain functional connectivity was analyzed while regarding the visual dorsal regions as region of interest to explore the association between rapid naming speed and functional connectivity of visual dorsal pathway.Results:After controlling for gender,age,IQ and head motion,digit rapid naming speed was positively correlated with functional connectivity between the left posterior parietal cortex and left inferior frontal gyrus(r=0.49;GRF correction,voxel level P<0.01,cluster level P<0.05),picture rapid naming speed was negatively correlated with functional connectivity between the left posterior parietal cortex and right supplementary motor area(r=-0.44;GRF correction,voxel level P<0.01,cluster level P<0.05),and was negatively correlated with functional connectivity between the right posterior parietal cortex and left superior temporal gyrus(r=-0.46),right rolandic operculum(r=-0.51;GRF correction,voxel level P<0.01,cluster level P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that digit rapid naming of college students may be related to functional connectivity between the left visual dorsal region and phonological processing region,whereas picture rapid naming may be related to functional connectivity between bilateral visual dorsal regions and phonological processing and speech motor regions.
