自拟固本养荣汤对宫颈癌化疗患者病灶血供及肿瘤标志物的影响

Effects of the Self-prescribed Guben Yangrong Decoction on the Blood Supply and Tumor Markers in the Cervical Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

[目的]观察自拟固本养荣汤对宫颈癌化疗患者病灶血供及肿瘤标志物的影响。[方法]选取65例中晚期宫颈癌化疗患者作为研究对象。以抽签法分组,对照组34例予常规化疗,观察组31例在对照组的基础上加用自拟固本养荣汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应、病灶血供指标、肿瘤标志物指标。[结果]观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者病灶部位超声参数上升时间(RT)、达峰时间(TTP)、峰值强度(IMAX)、平均渡越时间(mTT)数值均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者癌胚抗原(CEA)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCCA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟固本养荣汤能够改善宫颈癌化疗患者肿瘤标志物及病灶血供指标,减少不良反应的发生。

[Objective]To observe the effect of the self-prescribed Guben Yangrong Decoction on the blood supply and tumor markers in the cervical cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.[Methods]65 patients with ad⁃vanced cervical cancer chemotherapy were selected in this study.All the patients were divided by drawing lots,34 patients in the control group were given conventional chemotherapy,and 31 patients in the observation group re⁃ceived the extra self-prescribed Guben Yangrong Decoction on the basic treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions,blood supply indicators of the lesions,and tumor markers in the two groups of pa⁃tients were observed.[Results]The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the ultrasound parameter rise time(RT),time to peak(TTP),maximum intensity(IMAX)and mean transit time(mTT)of the lesion in the observation group were all lower than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The self-prescribed Guben Yangrong Decoction can improve the tumor markers and the blood supply of the lesion in the patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
