高职院校内部治理改革若干问题探究

Exploration on Some Issues of Internal Governance Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前高职院校已发展到提质升级、增值赋能的重要阶段,但在内部治理上仍面临诸多问题,内外部动因助推要进行改革创新。在遵循开放性等原则基础上,在保证各方利益相关者和三权平衡制约的逻辑下,高职院校要着力加强制度建设、推进理事会建设、夯实学术权力以及持续完善内部质量保障体系。

At present,higher vocational colleges have developed to an important stage of quality upgrading and value-added empowerment.However,there are still many problems in internal governance,and the internal and external motivation boost needs reform and innovation.On the basis of following the principle of openness and under the logic of ensuring the balance of stakehold ers and three rights,higher vocational colleges should focus on strengthening system construction,promoting council construction,consolidating academic power and continuously improving internal quality assurance system.
