摘要
"水课"一词形象地描绘了高等教育领域低质量的课程。在市场机制的影响下,教师和学生都追求以最小化的成本来获得最大化的私利而非课程目标的实现。基于成本管理理论,"水课"的生成逻辑可从课程成本意识、课程成本效益、课程成本管理三个维度进行分析。为了治理"水课",一方面从"经济人"的角度来看,应该建立课程成本补偿机制,真正提升课程成本效益;另一方面从"社会人"的角度来看,应该提升教师和学生对于课程的安全感、归属感,让"尊师重教""尊重优秀"蔚然成风。
The term“Easy-A course”vividly portrays the low quality courses in higher education.Under the influence of the market mechanism,both teachers and students seek to maximize self-interest at the minimized cost rather than the realization of curriculum goals. Based on the theory of cost management,the generation logic of“Easy-A course”can be analyzed from the three dimensions of curriculum cost awareness;curriculum cost benefit;and curriculum cost management. In order to control the“Easy-A courses”on the one hand,from the perspective of“economic man”we should establish the course cost compensation compensation mechanism to really improve the course cost-benefit. On the other hand,from the perspective of“social man,”teachers and students should enhance their sense of security and belonging to the curriculum,so that“respecting teachers and valuing education”and“respecting excellence”become the norm.
