中医药是我国独具特色的健康服务资源,发挥好中医药的健康服务作用,对促进健康事业发展具有十分重要的意义。随着“健康中国”战略的提出和实施,健康服务业迅猛发展,健康服务人才需求旺盛,尤其缺少掌握中医药知识和技能的健康服务人才。文章基于中医药健康服务人才的市场需求,探讨培养中医药健康服务人才的有效路径。

Traditional Chinese medicine is a unique health service resource in China.Giving full play to the health service role of traditional Chinese medicine is of great significance to promote the development of health.With the proposal and implementation of the"healthy china"strategy,the health service industry has developed rapidly,and there is a strong demand for health service talents,especially the lack of health service talents who master the knowledge and skills of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the market demand of traditional Chinese medicine health service talents,this paper discusses the effective path of cultivating traditional Chinese medicine health service talents.
