民办高校辅导员工作任务、挑战与未来进路探赜

Exploration of the Work Tasks,Challenges and Future Approaches of Counselors in Private Colleges and Universities

与公办高校大学生相比,部分民办高校大学生存在“五强五弱”的特殊性和“政治素养较高,但偏离度有时较明显”“网络政治参与热情度高,但辨别是非能力有时偏弱”“豁达乐观、自我目标感明确,但兴趣度有所消退、价值观有所迷失”的共性。民办高校应从两个方面着手引导辅导员更好地履行政治职责,提高思想政治教育实效性。即一是从辅导员自身出发,打造专业化、职业化辅导员队伍,二是从学生出发,要求辅导员抓住民办高校大学生群体的特殊性和共性,用政治引领、思想引领和价值引领促进学生全面健康发展。

Compared with public college students,some private college students have the particularity of"five strong and five weak"and the commonness of"high political literacy,but sometimes obvious deviation","high enthusiasm for network political participation,but sometimes weak ability to distinguish right from wrong","open-minded and optimistic,clear sense of self goal,but fading interest and lost values".Private colleges and universities should guide counselors to better perform their political duties and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education from two aspects.That is,first,starting from the counselors themselves,build a professional and professional team of counselors,second,starting from students,counselors are required to grasp the particularity and commonness of private college students and promote the comprehensive and healthy development of students with political guidance,ideological guidance and value guidance.
