加强教学督导工作促进高职学风建设

Strengthening Teaching Supervision and Promoting the Construction of Study Style in Higher Vocational Colleges

教学督导工作是高职院校教学质量管理和教学质量监控体系的重要组成部分,主要任务是对全校的教学工作和教学管理工作进行监督、检查、评估与指导。教学督导工作的深入开展,能够在很大程度上推动学风建设,夯实高职院校的整体办学质量,也有利于提高高职学生的就业竞争力。高职院校应当注重建立教学督导委员会机构和相应的制度,全方位做好教学督导的基础性工作,科学全面地培育优秀青年教师队伍,深入开展研究型教学活动,以充分发挥教学督导工作的促进作用,切实推动学风建设。

Teaching supervision is an important part of teaching quality management and teaching quality monitoring system in higher vocational colleges.The main task is to supervise,inspect,evaluate and guide the teaching work and teaching management of the whole school.The in-depth development of teaching supervision can not only promote the construction of study style to a great extent,consolidate the overall school running quality of higher vocational colleges,but also improve the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students.Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the establishment of teaching supervision committee institutions and corresponding systems,do a good job in the basic work of teaching supervision in an all-round way,scientifically and comprehensively cultivate the team of excellent young teachers,and deeply carry out research-based teaching activities,so as to give full play to the promotion role of teaching supervision and effectively promote the construction of study style.
