新时代中学劳动教育是全面落实立德树人根本任务,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的重要抓手。文章简述中学劳动教育的内涵,提出中学劳动教育的实施困境,分析造成困境的原因,探讨中学劳动教育的实现路径。要强化师资力量,提升教师专业水平,独立开设劳动教育课程,开展多样化的劳动教育实施方式,充分发挥劳动素养评价功能。

Labor education in middle schools in the new era is not only the fundamental task of comprehensively implementing morality and cultivating people,but also an important starting point for cultivating qualified socialist builders and reliable successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.This paper briefly describes the connotation of middle school labor education,puts forward the implementation dilemma of middle school labor education,analyzes the causes of the dilemma,and discusses the realization path of middle school labor education.We should strengthen the strength of teachers and improve their professional level,set up labor education courses independently,carry out diversified implementation methods of labor education,give full play to the function of labor quality evaluation.
