摘要
福建省作为最早与台湾开展教育交流合作的省份,凭借着“五缘”优势,十几年来,数以千计的教师在师资闽台联合培养项目中获益。文章结合新形势下中职教师的发展问题,探讨提升中职“双师型”教师能力的对策:要重视新教师的入职师训,打造“双师型”教师的生力军;加快骨干教师的精进成长,构筑“双师型”教师队伍的中流砥柱;实现专兼职双向互利,增强“双师型”教师队伍的动力和后劲。
Fujian province,as the first province in the mainland to carry out educational exchanges and cooperation with Taiwan,has benefited thousands of teachers from the Fujian Taiwan joint training program for teachers over the past decade by virtue of the"five advantages".Combined with the development of secondary vocational teachers under the new situation,this paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the ability of secondary vocational"double qualified"teachers:we should pay attention to the induction training of new teachers and build a new force of"double qualified"teachers;speed up the elite growth of backbone teachers and build the mainstay of"double qualified"teachers;realize the two-way mutual benefit between full-time and part-time teachers,and enhance the motivation and stamina of the"double qualified"teachers.
