皮山县江尕水库报废实施方案

Scrapping implementation plan of Jiangga Reservoir in Pishan County

江尕水库位于新疆和田地区皮山县阔什塔克镇,是布琼河(属皮山河的一条支流)中下游出山口与阔什塔克河(即皮山河)交汇处的一座小(1)型水库。江尕水库大坝经鉴定为三类坝,水库的防洪功能将基本丧失,但发电功能不受影响。和田地区水利局办公室下发了《关于报废皮山县江尕水库的通知》,同意报废皮山县江尕水库,本文论述了江尕水库报废的理由、实施方案及水库报废后的处理事宜。

Located at Kuoshtak Town of Pishan County,Hotian District of Xinjiang,Jiangga Reservoir is a small reservoir at the junction of the middle and lower reaches of Buqiong River(a tributary of Pishan River)and Kuoshtak River(i.e.Pishan River).The main dam of Jiangga Reservoir was appraised as class III dam.The flood control function of this reservoir will be basically lost.The power generation function of reservoir will not be affected.The Water Conservancy Bureau of Hotian District agreed to scrape Jiangga Reservoir by issuing a Notice on scrapping Jiangga Reservoir in Pishan County.An introduction was made on the reasons for scrapping,implementation plan and relevant affairs after scrapping.
