高校毕业生就业质量的影响因素研究——基于广东省116所高校毕业生的实证分析

Things that Affect Quality of College Graduates Employment

利用广东省116所高校毕业生的调查数据,通过构建有序Logit模型,实证分析了个人、高校及政府等层面对毕业生就业质量的影响。建议政府应完善相关就业政策,加大对毕业生的帮扶力度,营造更加良好的就业环境;高校应做到在校资源系统化、专业设置科学化,提高职业技能培训质量;毕业生个人要增强自身专业能力,提高综合素质,为实现高质量就业打好坚实基础。

This paper is based on the results of investigation on the employment situation of graduates from 116 colleges and universities in Guangdong.Using an ordered logit model,the paper makes an empirical analysis of how things at the government,the university and the individual levels affect the on quality of college graduates employment and then makes suggestions on how to improve the situation.The government should try to create a more favorable employment environment with sound relevant policies and solid assistance;colleges and universities should integrate resources in a more systematic way,set professional curriculum in a scientific way and provide vocational skills training in a better way;college students should work hard to enhance their professional competency and their comprehensive quality so they can lay a solid foundation for high-quality employment upon graduation.
