我国实施不良资产证券化的实践与改革发展研究

近年来随着我国经济结构调整与升级,银行的不良贷款余额与不良贷款率呈上升态势。虽然我国在处置不良资产上有所突破,但其规模依然庞大,这将对我国经济的正常发展造成巨大威胁。通过多种方式迅速有效处理社会不良资产,特别是对商业银行的不良资产对经济可持续健康发展具有重要意义。其中,不良资产证券化是我国正在探索的一种积极有效的处置方式。因此针对已开展的不良资产证券化试点中已经暴露的问题,要以实事求是的态度对症下药,确保不良资产证券化平稳有序发展。

With the adjustment and upgrading of the economic structure in recent years,the balance of non-performing loans and the rate of non-performing loans of Chinese banks are both on the rise.Although China has made breakthroughs in disposing of non-performing assets in recent years,its scale is still huge,which will pose a huge threat to the normal development of China’s economy.The timely and effective treatment of social non-performing assets,especially the non-performing assets of commercial banks,is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy.Among them,the securitization of non-performing assets is an active and effective disposal method that China is exploring.Therefore,in response to the problems that have been exposed in the non-performing asset securitization experiment,we must adopt a realistic attitude to handle the problems to ensure the stable and orderly development of securitization of non-performing assets.
