集团型地勘公司业务协同管理的研究

Research on Collaborative Business Management of Group Geological Exploration Companies

文章利用协同学及协同管理、价值链的相关理论,针对当前集团型地勘公司存在的"集而不团"、业务同质化严重、相关资源分散、缺乏合力等现象,阐释了业务协同管理对集团型地勘公司建设与发展的重大意义;针对集团型地勘公司如何实施业务协同管理提出了建立业务监督协调机制、有序推进专业化整合、提升业务价值链统筹能力、建立行业协同共生环境四个方面举措,并提出建立制度支撑、信任基础、考核机制、业务协同信息系统管理平台四类保障措施。

Based on the theories of synergetics,collaborative management and value chain,this paper expounds the significance of collaborative business management to the construction and development of group geological exploration companies,in view of the current phenomena of inner conflicts,serious homogenization of business,scattering of related resources and lack of synergy in group geological exploration companies;In order to implement business cooperative management for group geological exploration companies,the paper proposes four measures to establish business supervision and coordination mechanism,promote specialization and integration in an orderly manner,improve the ability of business value chain coordination and establish industry synergy and symbiosis environment,and also proposes four types of guarantee measures to develop institutional support,trust foundation,assessment mechanism,and business synergy information system management platform.
