摘要
2014年,阴阳连环板凳拳列入黔西南州州级非物质文化遗产项目是其传承发展的契机,也是对黔西南州“非遗”教育的考验。文章是在分析高校武术教学存在教学内容较为单一、以武术套路教学为主、学生学习兴趣不高以及教师缺乏热情等问题的基础上,结合“一校一拳”教学理念,立足地方特色,探讨阴阳连环板凳拳高校教学模式,从而促进阴阳连环板凳拳的活态传承,形成阴阳连环板凳拳的常态化发展。
In 2014,Yin-yang Ring Bench boxing was included in the state-level intangible cultural heritage program in Qianxi'Nan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,which is a turning point in the development of yin-yang ring bench boxing and a test of Qianxi'Nan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture's education.This article mainly uses the literature method,the survey method,the interview method and so on.Based on the investigation and logical analysis of the teaching contents of Wushu in colleges and universities,the author thinks that there are some problems in the teaching contents of Wushu,such as the singleness of the teaching contents,the main way of learning Wushu,the low interest of the students and the lack of enthusiasm of the teachers.Based on the background of"one school,one fist",the author puts forward the following reform ideas:basing on the local characteristics,introducing the local representative boxing into Wushu teaching as a series of yin-yang bench boxing;developing the advantageous projects according to the conditions of teachers;keeping up with the pace of the times;introducing traditional Wushu program into colleges and universities.In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of students,teachers to stimulate the teaching enthusiasm,to activate the college Wushu teaching,to promote the national traditional Wushu culture in college and carry forward.
