摘要 沙滩排球由于场地要求沙滩深度不少于四十厘米,细腻松软的沙滩势必会对运动员在沙滩上快速移动、起跳扣球、落地等技术动作提出了相对更高的要求,其中涉及运动员的平衡能力、协调能力、快速反应能力。而核心力量的发展对于以上诸多能力的提高有着很大程度的帮助,同时还能降低运动员机体损伤的概率,从而提升训练效率。由此可知,运动员核心力量训练水平的全面提升是提高沙滩排球项目水平的关键路径。文章就沙滩排球中核心力量训练的实践意义及训练方法展开讨论,以期为沙滩排球运动项目的发展提供理论依据,从而帮助该项目训练水平的提升。 Beach volleyball because of the requirements of the depth of the beach is not less than 40 cm,the fine and soft beach is bound to athletes on the beach fast movement,jump spike,landing and other technical movements put forward relatively higher requirements,which involves the athletes'balance ability,coordination ability,quick reaction ability.The development of core strength is of great help to the improvement of the above abilities,and at the same time,it can reduce the probability of athletes'body injury,thus improving the training efficiency.Therefore,the overall improvement of athletes'core strength training level is the key path to improve the level of beach volleyball.This paper discusses the practical significance and training methods of core strength training in beach volleyball,in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of beach volleyball and help improve the training level of the project.
