钦州建设的西部陆海新通道枢纽城市是“一带一路”有机衔接的国际陆海通道重要节点城市、重要国际门户城市、产业合作枢纽城市,应当具有通道枢纽功能、经济枢纽功能、软联通功能、核心城市功能,着重做好完善交通基础设施、健全综合运输枢纽体系、建设国际集装箱干线港、促进高新高端产业集聚等主要任务。通过强交通扩港口拓通道、深改革简流程提效率、全开放配政策真兑现、搭平台聚产业优结构、强文教促交流扩旅游、强东盟融粤港澳接西部等建设路径,加快早日建成西部陆海新通道枢纽城市。

The new western Land-sea passage hub city built in Qinzhou is an important node city,an important international gateway city and an industrial cooperation hub city that organically connects the"Belt and Road"international land-sea passageway.It should have the functions of passage hub,economic hub,soft connectivity and core city.It will focus on improving transportation infrastructure,improving the comprehensive transportation hub system,building international trunk container ports,and promoting the agglomeration of high-tech and high-end industries.The path for speeding up the building of a new hub city of the land and sea passageway in the western region is put forward,including strengthening transportation to expand the port and passageway,deepening reform and streamlining procedures to improve efficiency,implementing fully open distribution policies,building platforms to enhance industrial structure,strengthening culture and education to promote exchanges and tourism,and strengthening the integration of ASEAN with Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao with the western region.
