PPP模式下新能源汽车充电设施建设领域的探索研究

新能源汽车发展速度受制于充电设施等配套设施的发展。目前新能源充电桩问题主要体现在技术和利用率底下、兼容性差、成本高、投资难。以太原市新能源汽车充电设施问题,提出改善建议。PPP模式引进充电桩的建设中,可以加快充电桩的建设速度、提高充电桩的建设水准,从而加快推动新能源汽车产业布局。阐述了PPP模式在充电设施领域的应用和发展前景,中央要负责顶层设计,地方政府因地施策,不断完善新能源充电设施的建设、建立充电标准体系,继而加快我国新能源汽车的建设。

The development speed of new energy vehicles is subject to the development of supporting facilities such as charging facilities.The problems of new energy charging piles are mainly reflected in low technology and utilization rate,poor compatibility,high cost and difficult investment now.Based on the problems of new energy vehicle charging facilities in Taiyuan,suggestions are put forward for improvement.The introduction of PPP mode into the construction of charging piles can speed up the construction of charging piles and improve the construction level of charging piles,so as to accelerate the layout of new energy vehicle industry.The study expounds the application and development prospect of PPP mode in the field of charging facilities.The central government should be responsible for the top-level design,and the local government should take measures according to local conditions,constantly improve the construction of new energy charging facilities,establish charging standard system,and then accelerate the construction of new energy vehicles in China.
