摘要
采用金相显微观察、扫描电镜能谱、X光照相等多种技术手段,对周原贺家遗址出土的青铜车马器进行了金相组织观察、成分分析、工艺痕迹调查,以及绿松石镶嵌工艺痕迹观察。在此基础上,利用三维扫描、高清照相、数字建模等技术对周原出土的镀锡铜车马器进行了详细的信息采集,使出土时残损的器物原貌得到了完整复原。同时,结合车马坑遗迹实验室清理的数字化信息,对整个马车及各镀锡铜饰件的装饰位置进行了数字化复原,使西周“第一豪车”生动地展现在观众面前。
This work uses a variety of technical methods such as metallographic microscopic observation,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum analysis to analyze the composition of the bronze decorations on the chariot unearthed at the Hejia village in the Zhouyuan site area,observing the metallographic structure,investigating the process traces,and turquoise inlays.Based on the observation of the manufacture and decorative crafts,the tin-plated bronze decorations were digitally restored using three-dimensional scanning,high-definition photography,digital modeling and other technologies,so that the original appearance of the artifacts corroded during the time of the burying was completely restored.At the same time,on the basis of the three-dimensional scanning information in the lab-excavation process,the entire chariot and the decorative positions of the tin-plated bronze ornaments on it were digitally restored,so that the"first luxury chariot"of the Western Zhou Dynasty was vividly displayed in front of the audience.
