黄河流域开发区空间分布及影响因素研究

The spatial distribution and impact factors of the development zones in the Yellow River Basin

开发区是黄河流域经济发展的重要载体,研究开发区的空间布局特征、产业分布和其影响因素,优化不同主导产业类型开发区空间布局,对实现黄河流域生态保护与高质量发展战略具有重要作用。该文利用中国开发区审核公告目录和《中国开发区年鉴》数据,采用最近邻点距离指数、Ripley′s K函数、核密度估计和时空地理加权回归(GTWR)方法分析不同主导产业类型开发区在黄河流域的空间分布特征、产业集聚状况及影响因素。结果表明:黄河流域开发区总体呈现出“东密西疏、东强西弱”的空间格局;各类开发区空间分布均存在明显的集聚状态;各类开发区的集聚规模和集聚强度总体上呈现先增后减的规律;开发区的空间分布受经济、环境、科技创新等因素共同影响,其中外商直接投资占GDP比重、工业固体废物综合利用率以及每万人在校大学生数等因素影响作用显著。对此,积极推动绿色生态园区建设,支持高新技术开发区发展壮大,建立健全高校人才培养体系,不断提升开发区高质量发展水平。

Development zone is an important carrier of economic development of the Yellow River Basin.Studying the spatial layout characteristics,industrial distribution and its influencing factors and optimizing the spatial layout of development zones with different leading industrial types plays an important role in realizing the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin.This paper uses the catalogue of Audit Announcement and the Yearbook of China Development Zone,and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics,industrial agglomeration status and influence factors of the nearest neighbor distance index,Ripley′s K function,kernel density estimation,and geographically and temporally weighted regression methods in the Yellow River basin method.The results show that the Yellow River basin showed the spatial pattern and the influence of the economy,environment,scientific and technological innovation,the proportion of foreign direct investment in GDP,comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste and the number of 10000 college students.In this regard,policies should be carried on in order to actively promote the construction of green ecological parks,support the development and growth of high-tech development zones,establish and improve the talent training system in universities,and constantly improve the high-quality development level of the development zones.
