摘要
目的比较数字牙种植体印模与传统牙种植体印模的临床准确性。方法选择2018年12月至2020年12月就诊于本院修复科行种植牙修复的患者70例,按种植方式的不同分为传统印模组和数字印模组各35例。传统印模组使用传统牙种植体印模,数字印模组使用数字牙种植体印模,比较两种印模方式种植体距离、角度、旋转、垂直位移之间的差异,使用Spearman相关系数和线性回归模型分析影响临床准确性的相关因素。结果数字印模组种植体间距离、角度、垂直位移差异小于传统印模组(P<0.05),两组旋转、M植入体不匹配、D植入体不匹配差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Spearmen相关系数显示,角度和种植体间距离与两组之间种植体间距离、角度和垂直位移的测量差异呈正相关(P<0.05),根据线性回归结果,除种植体间距离的实际平均值与角度差异的相关性外,所有相关性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字牙种植体印模的临床准确性高于传统牙种植体印模,种植体间距离、角度和垂直位移均是影响临床准确性的因素。
Objective To investigate the clinical accuracy of digital dental implant impression and traditional dental implant impression.Methods From December 2018 to December 2020,70 patients who underwent implant impression in our hospital were selected and divided into traditional impression group and digital impression group,with 35 cases in each group.The traditional dental implant impression was used in the traditional impression group and the digital dental implant impression was used in the digital impression group.The differences of implant distance,angle,rotation and vertical displacement between the two impression methods were compared.The relevant factors affecting clinical accuracy were analyzed by Spearman correlation coefficient and linear regression model.Results The differences of distance,angle and vertical displacement between implants in digital impression group were less than those in traditional impression group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in rotation,M implant mismatch and D implant mismatch between the two groups(P>0.05).Spearman correlation coefficient showed that angle and distance between implants were different from those between the two groups.There was a positive correlation between the measurement difference of angle and vertical displacement(P<0.05).According to the linear regression results,all these correlations were statistically significant except the correlation between the actual average distance between implants and the angle difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical accuracy of digital dental implant impression is higher than that of traditional dental implant impression.The distance,angle and vertical displacement between implants are the factors affecting the clinical accuracy.
