综合护理对小儿龋齿的预防效果观察

Observation on prevention effect of comprehensive nursing on children's dental caries

目的研究综合护理对3~14岁患儿龋齿的预防效果。方法选择2019年6月至2020年7月本院口腔科门诊收治的接受龋齿预防的患儿86例,随机分为常规护理组和观察组各43例。常规护理组进行基本护理,观察组进行综合护理,对比两组患儿在护理过程中的配合度、龋齿发生率以及家属对护理人员的满意度。结果观察组患儿配合率为95.35%,常规护理组为76.74%,观察组高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。观察组龋齿发生率为4.65%,常规护理组为65.12%,观察组低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。与常规护理组相比,观察组的医患沟通、护理服务、饮食教育、健康宣教和刷牙指导的评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在患儿龋齿中实施综合护理可以提高患儿配合度,减少龋齿发生率,并且得到了患儿及家属的认可,值得在临床广泛应用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the prevention of dental caries in children aged 3-14.Methods A total of 86 children who received dental caries prevention in the dental clinic of our hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 43 cases in each group.The routine care group received routine nursing and the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The cooperation in the nursing process of the children,the incidence of dental caries,and the satisfaction of their families with the nursing staff were compared.Results The cooperation rates of the two groups were 95.35%and 76.74%respectively.The observation group was higher than the routine care group(P<0.05).The incidences of dental caries of the two groups were 4.65%and 65.12%respectively.The observation group was lower than the routine care group(P<0.05).Compared with the routine care group,the observation group had higher scores on doctor-patient communication,nursing service,diet education,health education and tooth brushing instruction,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive care in children with dental caries can improve the cooperation of children and reduce the incidence of dental caries.It has been recognized by children and their families and is worthy of clinical application.
