终身学习视域下农业转移人口城市融合路径

Research on the Path of Rural-Urban Migrant Population’s Social Integration from the Perspective of Lifelong Learning

摘要 在新型城镇化建设的关键期,关注农业转移人口的城市融合状态是核心要义。整体而言,农业转移人口城市融合水平不高,不同内容融合差异明显,城市融合问题日益复杂化。从微观层面来看,其城市融合困境主要表现为缺乏良好的就业能力、异质性的社会网络和无法消除的“过客”心理三个方面。终身学习是农业转移人口城市融合的重要途径,通过在“干中学”获得就业能力,在学习共同体中拓展社会网络,在非正式学习中获得个体幸福感,从而实现城市融合。 Our country is in the key period of new-type urbanization construction with people as the core,and the key point is to pay attention to the social integration state of Rural-Urban population.On the whole,the sate of the Rural-Urban population’s social integration is at a low level and the dimensions shares a significant difference and the problem of urban integration becomes more and more complicated.From the microlevel,its urban integration predicament is manifested in three aspects:lack of high employment ability,heterogeneous social network and unable to eliminate the“Passenger”psychology that can not be removed easily.This study holds that lifelong learning is considered as an important way for individuals to integrate into society,Rural-Urban population may obtain employment ability through“Learning by doing”,expand social network in the learning community,and achieve individual wellbeing through informal learning,that is to say,they can achieve social integration through the process of lifelong learning.
